In 2004 Jamie K. Inagawa became one of the youngest to ever be elected to the position of Solicitor General in the State of Georgia. James received a Bachelor of Arts Degree and a Master of Arts Degree in Political Science from Mississippi State University. Thereafter, he went on to receive his Law Degree from The University of Tulsa. Upon graduation James began his legal career as an Assistant District Attorney in the Griffin Judicial Circuit, which includes Fayette, Spalding, Pike, and Upson counties. As a prosecutor in the District Attorney’s office, Jamie tried numerous cases involving crimes as varied as armed robbery, child molestation and drug trafficking.

He is a Charter member of the Line Creek Civitan Club of Peachtree City, and a member of the Kiwanis Club of McIntosh Trial.

Jamie and his family reside in Peachtree City. His wife, Lisa, is a local family law attorney. They have two boys and a girl.
